"Day of Coordinator"

This is great for the bride that has planned their entire wedding but since you can't coordinate your own wedding, you need someone to help finalize the details in the months leading to your big day.

When you're ready:

  • Initial consultation meeting/phone call

  • Unlimited calls and emails throughout

  • Wedding Planning Checklist

  • Access to Rosé and Gold Events Decor Inventory

  • Gift for bride and groom

1-2 months prior to the wedding:

  • Develop detailed wedding timeline

  • Walk through ceremony site and reception venue

  • Finalize layout

  • Distribute final details and instructions to all vendors

  • Provide suggestions for vendors and sevice providers

Wedding Week:

  • Final meeting to review layout, decor, and timeline

  • Oversee wedding rehearsal (2 hours)

  • Set up all decor at ceremony and reception site

  • Direct Vendors upon arrival and communicate with them throughout the night

  • Oversee wedding party, guests, and couple for each part of the day

  • Adhere to the schedule of the timeline

  • Assist the couple throughout the night with anything they need

  • Oversee clean up and pack up all decor and belongings

  • Anticipate and take care of any surprises

  • Have Emergency Kit on hand
